Some things are just quietly magical. A strand of fairy hair silk catching the light. The moment a client sees their hair shimmer for the first time. Those little sparks of joy? I live for them. ❤︎
I've been doing fairy hair since 2022. I came to it through my mom, who had a gift for making ordinary life feel enchanted. ✧ She made my entire childhood feel like a mystical fairy realm! She discovered fairy hair not long before she passed away, and fell completely in love with it - so it felt only right that I carry it forward!
I do this work with her whimsy and joy in my heart…

Silk Strands, Not Tinsel
Fairy hair gets confused with hair tinsel a lot… and I get it, they look similar! But the difference is real. These strands are made from 100% Thai silk, which means they're lighter, softer, more durable and far more lustrous than metallic tinsel.
They're hand-tied close to the root, completely damage-free to your hair and with normal care they can last for months. No glue, no heat and zero stress on your hair. The result is something that looks genuinely beautiful… rather than costume-y or cheap. Just a quiet shimmer that catches people off guard in the best way.

Fairy hair works on all hair types, textures, and lengths. I've done it for kids at birthday parties, brides the week before their weddings, on dogs, horses, fathers to match their daughters prom dresses, festival-goers who want to stand out… but mostly on adults who just felt like treating themselves.
These days I work both at local events and markets and through private appointments, bringing fairy hair to clients of all ages, genders and sparkle interests across the Bay Area. There's no wrong reason to sparkle. ✧

5 spots (10 fairy hair strands): $20
7 spots (14 fairy hair strands): $30
*Half head 12 spots (24 fairy hair strands): $40
*Full head 20 spots (40 fairy hair strands): $65
Exceptionally full head 30 spots (60 fairy hair strands): $90
Please note: a “half head” does have fairy hair all over your head (not just on half of it). “Half” and “Full” are simply words I use to keep note of how many we’re doing! Each knotted fairy hair spot gives two sparkly strands hanging down from it. The thicker your hair, the more we recommend, as with thicker hair the sparkles tend to mix right in and sometimes aren’t as visible as those with finer hair!
